Day four in Eddie’s Big Game Recipe Swap could be your go-to party appetizer dish for life! People love a good taco dip, and this one, courtesy of Kira in Galloway, sounds marvelous! Here's the recipe for The Super Seven Layer Taco Dip.  Let me know how you like it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup re-fried black beans
  • 1 cup of your favorite salsa
  • 1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 4.25-ounce can diced black olives
  • 1 cup grated Mexican-style cheese blend (about 4 ounces)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 1-1/2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread re-fried black beans across bottom of dish in an even layer. Top with even layers of salsa, cream cheese, black olives and cheese.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly and cheese begins to brown. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Top with even layers of sour cream and guacamole. Serve with tortilla chips.

Takes 30 minutes.  Makes 12 servings
