There's a new study out concerning happiness. Over 1,000 adults were asked what makes you happy. Hopefully you'll find more happiness by adding these 4 activities to your daily routine.

 

1. Regular Exercise--   More than 60 percent of those polled say regular exercise makes them feel happy and of course healthier. Regular Exercise will give you more energy, cope with stress and give you a sense of accomplishment. If you haven't started now is the time to get off the couch and get moving!

2. Enjoying your work--  I know this could be a tough one especially if you're not happy with your job. Try to develop a sense of accomplishment and maybe you'll receive recognition for your hard work and effort

3. Healthy Eating--  The food we eat does make a difference and can alter your mood. Cut back on salty and sugary snacks. Snack on fruit or vegetables. You're less likely to get sick by eating healthy.

4. Save money--  Saving for a rainy day make can make you feel more secure and happier. Saving for your retirement can also give a good feeling and a sense of accomplishment.
