3-Yr-Old Brigantine Boy With Brain Cancer Named Honorary Sheriff
The Atlantic County Sheriff's office made such a sweet gesture to a sick little South Jersey boy this week that I just had to share it with you.
Members of the Atlantic County Sheriff's office visited Children's Hospital of Philadelphia this week to swear in 3-year-old Benjamin Graham as an honorary sheriff officer. Benjamin has been battling brain cancer.
This sad update: After posting this story about the efforts of the Atlantic County Sheriff''s Department, I became aware of the passing of Benjamin early Friday morning. May he rest in peace and our condolences to his family.
Here is the Brigantine Beach Facebook post about the sheriff's visit to see Benjamin, now an honorary sheriff's officer!
