The world’s most famous Christmas Tree is ready to kick-off the Christmas season at one of New York City’s most famous historical landmarks, Rockefeller Plaza.

The 2015 version of the Rockefeller Christmas Tree is a colossal 78-foot, 10 ton Norway spruce from Gardiner, N.Y., which is located in Hudson County. The colorful and towering tree will be lit up with over 45,000 multi-colored, LED lights

The 83rd annual Christmas Tree lighting ceremony takes place tomorrow, December, 2nd. Thousands will gather in the rain to watch the ceremonies. The Band Perry will be performing live. Rockefeller Plaza is located between West 48th and 51st Streets and Fifth and Sixth Avenues in New York City.
